The R.A.D. Process

  • Do I have to do the Assessment if I am already active?

    Yes. To provide you with the high level of specialized oversight we are known for, every client begins with the R.A.D. Foundations Assessment™. This ensures we understand your specific movement patterns and can assign the safest Adaptive Level for your success in our blocks.

Membership & Subscriptions

  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    Yes. You can manage your monthly amaDEO R.A.D. Membership™ subscription through your member portal at any time. Please note that an active membership is the 'key' to our studio; it is required to remain enrolled in Adaptive Blocks™, participate in the amaDEO Circle™, or access your clinical R.A.D. Blueprint.

Attendance & Scheduling

  • What is your cancellation policy for scheduled sessions?

    To maintain the quality of our specialist-led care, we require a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a specific session (such as an Assessment or a Mobile Stretch). This allows us to offer that time to another client. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are subject to the full session fee. [View Full Policy]

Virtual & Mobile Logistics

  • Do I need to buy special equipment for my virtual assessment?

    No. We can perform a comprehensive movement screen using common household items like a sturdy chair or a wall. If specialized tools (like bands or foam rollers) would benefit your specific goals, your specialist will discuss those with you during your 4th session.

  • What is your service area for Mobile Concierge in Columbia?

    Our practitioner-led Mobile Concierge services (Assisted Stretch and Private Training) are available for locations within a 15-mile radius of Columbia, SC. Locations beyond 15 miles are served via our high-fidelity Virtual Studio.

The Square Portal & Booking

  • How do I manage my portal?

    We use Square for all bookings and secure payments. Once you’ve booked your first session, you can create a Square Customer Account. This allows you to view upcoming appointments, reschedule sessions, and manage your membership subscription all in one place.

  • How do I book my sessions?

    All bookings are handled through our online schedule. Once your R.A.D. Foundations Assessment™ is complete, you will receive a link to book your Adaptive Block™ sessions according to your assigned level.

  • Is my information secure?

    Yes. We use Square’s encrypted platform to ensure your payment details and intake forms are handled with the highest level of security and privacy.

Community & Support

  • What is the amaDEO Circle™?

    The Circle is your direct line to your specialist. These are 10-minute focused sessions (Virtual) for active members to connect, ask questions, address form concerns, or adjust a movement in their blueprint. It’s where we ensure the "whole family" is moving forward together.

  • What is amaDEO Connection™?

    This is our private, members-only digital community. It is a dedicated space to discuss lifestyle hacks, mobility tips, nutrition, and celebrate milestones with other members of the amaDEO family.
