Baby 'n Me™: Explorers
(Adaptive By Design™)
Stability for the Caregiver; Mastery for the Toddler
The toddler years are a season of constant motion. Once your little one starts to roam, your "workout" happens in real-time.
Baby 'n Me™: Explorers is designed for the high-energy stage of toddlerhood, helping caregivers—parents, grandparents, and guardians—stay resilient. We focus on your ability to move dynamically—squatting, lifting, and chasing safely—while helping your toddler master their curiosity through intentional movement in a fun, supportive environment.
Program Focus:
- Functional Stamina: Building the strength and energy needed to keep up with an active walker.
- Toddler-Lift Mechanics: Protecting your back and joints as your child grows heavier and more active.
- Gross Motor Skills: Fun, intentional movements to support your toddler’s balance, climbing, and coordination milestones.
The R.A.D. Approach for Explorers
- RISE | Power & Stability: We transition from deep core reconnection to functional power, focusing on the strength needed for the "constant lift" of a growing toddler.
- ALIGN | The Explorer’s Edge: We focus on balance and structural symmetry, ensuring your body stays aligned even when you're reaching, bending, and chasing.
- DECOMPRESS | The Reset: We use mobility techniques to release the tension of a busy day, helping both caregiver and toddler transition into a state of calm.
The Explorers Protocol: Specialist + Trainer
- Mobility (The Specialist): Reversing the "Stiff Back" from lifting toddlers while promoting gait (walking) symmetry and ankle mobility for the child.
- Metabolism (The Trainer): Increasing parental stamina for the "toddler chase" while supporting the child's gross motor coordination.
- Posture (The Specialist): Re-aligning the caregiver's spine for "asymmetrical carries" (holding a toddler on one hip) and building upright stability for the child.
Adaptive By Design™: Levels of Participation
- Level 1 (Bed/Couch): Focused on core stability and joint mobility. Ideal for days when you need to ground yourself while your toddler plays nearby.
- Level 2 (Seated): Focused on posture and strength utilizing a chair—allowing you to participate fully while staying at your toddler's level.
- Level 3 (Standing/Active): Full-range functional movements for the caregiver ready to lunge and move dynamically alongside their explorer.
One Community: No matter which level you choose, you are a full participant. We move together, exactly as we are.
amaDEO Circle™
"At amaDEO, we believe that when the caregiver feels supported, the whole family thrives. The final 10 minutes of every session are dedicated to our Circle—a safe space to ask questions, share developmental milestones, and encourage one another as part of the amaDEO family."
