Prenatal Mobility & Flow™ uses The amaDEO R.A.D. Method™ to ensure your joints stay aligned and your core stays connected during every trimester. We focus on building the functional strength you’ll need for motherhood—from labor endurance to safely lifting car seats—all while providing a community of support that understands exactly what you’re going through.

Program Focus:


  • Pelvic Floor & Core Resilience: Preparing your internal support system for the demands of birth and postpartum recovery.


  • Functional Pregnancy Posture: Addressing the "shifting center of gravity" to prevent lower back and hip pain.



  • Birth Preparation: Movement and breathing techniques designed to help you stay strong and mobile for labor and delivery.

The R.A.D. Pillars for Prenatal Health




  • RISE | Core & Breath Integration: We focus on diaphragmatic breathing to manage internal pressure, supporting your pelvic floor as your baby grows.


  • ALIGN | Postural Symmetry: We address the "pregnancy tilt" in the pelvis, focusing on spinal alignment to relieve tension in the lower back and ribcage.


  • DECOMPRESS | Joint Space & Mobility: Using gentle mobilization, we "open" the hips and ribcage to provide relief and improve overall mobility for delivery.


Adaptive By Design™: Levels of Participation




  • Level 1 (Bed/Couch): Perfect for days of high fatigue, morning sickness, or when you need to limit weight-bearing activity.


  • Level 2 (Seated): Focused on postural relief, breathing, and upper-body mobility while utilizing the stability of a chair.


  • Level 3 (Standing/Active): For those feeling energized and ready for full-range functional movements to build stamina for labor.

A Note for the Family: "While the physical movements of this program focus on the expectant mother’s body, we believe that preparation is a team effort. Dads, primary caregivers, family, and friends are always welcome to join, observe, and learn how to support the mother’s movement and recovery. Building a strong foundation starts with the whole support system moving together.

amaDEO Circle™


"At amaDEO, we believe preparation is a team effort. While the physical movements focus on the expectant mother, dads, family, and friends are always welcome to join and learn how to support the mother’s recovery. The final 10 minutes of every session are dedicated to our Circle—a safe space to ask questions, share wins, and connect with the amaDEO family."

Program Details:




  • Who it’s for: Expectant mothers at any stage (1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester).


  • Format: Small Group Sessions or 1:1 Individualized Prenatal Care.


  • Duration: 8-Week Enrollment Block (Adaptable to your due date).



The amaDEO Standard: All prenatal clients must confirm they have been cleared for exercise by their OBGYN or Midwife prior to their R.A.D. Assessment.
