The R.A.D. Pillars for Longevity
- RISE | Functional Stability: We focus on diaphragmatic breathing and core engagement. This creates a stable "anchor" for your body, helping you feel more secure in every movement.
- ALIGN | Gait & Postural Awareness: We prioritize the mechanics of how you walk and stand. By focusing on weight distribution, we help protect your hips, knees, and ankles from unnecessary wear.
- DECOMPRESS | Joint Hydration & Mobility: We use specialized techniques to reduce "stiffness," making daily tasks—like reaching for a shelf or bending down—feel fluid and easy.
The Senior Blueprint Protocol: Specialist + Trainer
- Mobility (The Specialist): Restoring "Joint Hydration" and flexibility in the ankles, hips, and spine to improve ease of movement.
- Metabolism (The Trainer): Improving circulation and muscular endurance to support daily energy and vitality.
- Posture (The Specialist): Recalibrating your "Center of Gravity" to improve balance and upright confidence.
Adaptive By Design™: Levels of Participation
- Level 1 (Bed/Couch): Ideal for those with limited mobility or for days when you need to stay fully supported while focusing on stability and breathing.
- Level 2 (Seated): Focused on postural awareness and upper-body mobility while utilizing the stability of a sturdy chair.
- Level 3 (Standing/Active): For those ready for full-range functional movements, dynamic balance drills, and building the strength to move confidently on your feet.

amaDEO Circle™
"The final 10 minutes of every session are dedicated to the amaDEO Circle™. This is a relaxed, social space to connect with peers, share wins, and discuss tips for staying vibrant at home. At amaDEO, we are honored to walk alongside you as part of our family."
Program Details
- Who it’s for: Ages 65+ (or anyone focused on longevity and balance).
- Format: Virtual Small Group Sessions (Socially connected via our Virtual Studio) or Private 1:1 Care.
- Duration: 8-Week Enrollment Block.
- The amaDEO Standard: We encourage all participants to share their
R.A.D. Assessment findings with their Primary Care Physician or Physical Therapist to ensure a collaborative approach to your health.
