Building a healthy lifestyle starts with a strong foundation. Our Youth Development program goes beyond simple "exercise" to teach young bodies how to move correctly during their most critical years of growth.


Whether they are preparing for competitive sports or simply staying active, we provide a safe, high-energy environment where the next generation can RISE to their full potential. We teach your child how to build a body that is structurally sound, strong, and resilient against the physical demands of modern childhood.

Program Focus


  • Mechanical Foundation: Mastering the correct way to squat, lunge, and land to protect growing joints.


  • Athletic Agility: Improving speed, reaction time, and core stability for sports and play.


  • Structural Resilience: Building the strength to handle heavy backpacks and long school days.
The Rising Generation Protocol: Specialist + Trainer


Mobility (The Specialist): Reversing "Desk Body" habits by restoring spinal and shoulder mobility.


Metabolism (The Trainer): Improving functional stamina and explosive power through age-

appropriate athletic conditioning.


Posture (The Specialist): Strengthening the core and posterior chain to counteract "Tech Neck" and "Backpack Lean."



Why the R.A.D. Assessment Matters: During these years, a child’s bones often grow faster than their muscles can adapt. This "growth gap" is where postural habits become permanent. Our assessment identifies these gaps early, ensuring your child builds a foundation of symmetry before their teenage growth spurts.

Adaptive By Design™ (Youth Levels)



  • Level 1 (Foundational): Mastering bodyweight mechanics—learning the perfect "shape" of movement to ensure safety.


  • Level 2 (Progressive): Introducing light resistance (bands/medicine balls) and complex coordination drills.


  • Level 3 (Advanced): High-level agility, speed work, and foundational strength training for the active junior athlete.



One Community: No matter which level your child is working through, they are part of the team. We grow together, exactly as we are.


amaDEO Circle™


"Every session concludes with a 10-minute Family Circle™. This is a dedicated time for parents and caregivers to ask questions about postural habits and connect with other families. Ask us about the 'amaDEO 20/20 Rule' for screen time during our Circle—it takes a family to raise a resilient generation."

Program Details



  • Who it’s for: Elementary and Middle School students (Ages 6–12).


  • Format: Small Group Sessions (Peer-driven drills) or 1:1 Corrective Care.



  • Duration: 8-Week Enrollment Block.


  • Location: Virtual Group Studio or Mobile Small Group (Local).


How to Start Your Child’s Journey


To ensure your child’s development is tracked with The amaDEO Standard, we follow a three-step process:



  1. The Foundations Assessment: Complete a 4-session Youth R.A.D. Assessment to map your child's posture and movement mechanics.
  2. The Membership: Activate your amaDEO R.A.D. Membership™. This covers the family's access to our community and specialist oversight of your child’s progress.
  3. The Block: Enroll in the 8-week Rising Generation™ program block.
