The first year is a critical time for reconnection. While your baby is learning to navigate the world, your body is navigating the journey of postpartum recovery.


Baby 'n Me™: Foundations provides a safe, supportive community for all caregivers—mothers, fathers, and grandparents—to rebuild stability while encouraging your baby’s natural development. Using The amaDEO R.A.D. Method™, we bridge the gap between early milestones and long-term parental health.

Program Focus:


  • Deep Core & Pelvic Health: Safely rebuilding strength from the inside out to support your postpartum journey.


  • Caregiver Posture: Reversing the strain of nursing, rocking, and carrying that leads to "Caregiver Posture."


  • Infant Development & Structural Health: We monitor for torticollis (neck tightness) and provide strategies for optimal head shaping, ensuring your baby develops with symmetry and stability.

The R.A.D. Approach to Foundations


  • RISE | Deep Core Reconnection: We focus on "inside-out" strength, specifically targeting diaphragmatic breathing to support a safe return to activity.


  • ALIGN | The Caregiver Correction: We address rounded shoulders and neck strain, realigning your frame for the repetitive motions of infant care.



  • DECOMPRESS | The Nervous System Reset: We relieve the physical tension of sleepless nights through gentle joint mobility to calm the nervous system for both you and your baby.

The Foundations Protocol: Specialist + Trainer



Mobility (The Specialist): Reversing "Caregiver Posture" for the adult while promoting optimal neck rotation for the infant.


Metabolism (The Trainer): Rebuilding parental energy while supporting the baby's digestion and metabolic growth through movement.


Posture (The Specialist): Re-establishing pelvic stability for the adult and "Tummy Time Mastery" for the infant.

Adaptive By Design™: Levels of Participation


  • Level 1 (Bed/Couch): Focused on deep core and breath work. Perfect for the early postpartum weeks or days when sleep was scarce.


  • Level 2 (Seated): Focused on postural relief and stability while utilizing a chair—ideal for moving while your baby is in your lap.


  • Level 3 (Standing/Active): For those ready for full-range functional movements while standing or baby-wearing.


One Community: No matter which level you choose, you are a full participant. We move together, exactly as we are.

amaDEO Circle™


"At amaDEO, you are part of the family. The final 10 minutes of every session are dedicated to our Circle—a safe, intentional space to ask questions, share milestones (like that first crawl!), and offer encouragement. No one should navigate the first year alone."

Program Details


Who it’s for: All caregivers (parents, grandparents, guardians) and infants 0–12 months.


Format: Small Group Sessions or 1:1 Individualized Sessions.


Duration: 8-Week Enrollment Block.


Note: For postpartum mothers, we recommend receiving clearance from your medical provider prior to your R.A.D. Assessment.

How to Begin Your Foundations Journey
