To ensure the highest level of corrective care, all new clients begin their journey with the amaDEO R.A.D. Foundations™ Assessment. This prerequisite allows us to map your movement blueprint, identify your specific needs, and ensure you are placed in the perfect 8-Week Adaptive Block™ for your goals.

RISE | Activation & Readiness: We begin by focusing on core integration and nervous system readiness. These sessions are designed to "wake up" dormant muscles and optimize your breathing mechanics. We ensure your body is braced and stable before you ever add weight or intensity.
ALIGN | Structure & Symmetry: This is the corrective heart of our method. We assess your joint mechanics and postural alignment to identify compensations. By restoring your skeletal symmetry, we help you move as you were designed to, reducing the risk of injury.
DECOMPRESS | Restoration & Relief: True strength requires the ability to reset. We utilize mobility protocols and assisted stretching to open up the joints and calm the nervous system. These sessions are about undoing the "weight" of life—leaving you feeling light and restored.

Adaptive By Design, offering three levels of participation so you can move in the way that is safest and most effective for your body today:
- Level 1 (Bed/Couch): For those with temporarily or permanently limited mobility.
- Level 2 (Seated): For those who prefer the stability of a chair.
- Level 3 (Standing): For those moving through a full, upright range of motion.
One Community: No matter which level you choose, you are a full participant. We move together, exactly as we are.
