The P.P.L. Block™
(Adaptive By Design™)
Posture, Pelvis, & Lumbar Support
End the tension cycle. Reclaim your spinal integrity.
For the athlete, the student, or the active adult, chronic back and hip tension is often the result of a "tug-of-war" within the body. When your pelvis is out of alignment, your spine pays the price.
The P.P.L. Block™ returns to the fundamentals of powerful human movement. By mastering the mechanics of the Push, Pull, and Leg-driven movements through a corrective lens, we build a body that is not only strong but resilient against injury. This is where your R.A.D. foundation meets high-performance recovery.
Program Focus
- Deep Spinal Stabilization: Activating the deep layers that protect your vertebrae, moving beyond "surface muscles" to true internal support.
- Pelvic Neutrality: Ending the "tug-of-war" in your hips and glutes to restore a neutral pelvis and relieve lower back strain.
- Vertebral Space: Utilizing specific mobility movements to reduce spinal compression and support the body’s natural recovery process.
The P.P.L. Protocol: Specialist + Trainer
- Mobility (The Specialist): Decompressing the lumbar spine and opening the hip flexors to restore natural range of motion.
- Metabolism (The Trainer): Strengthening the posterior chain (glutes and back) to improve functional stamina and stability.
- Posture (The Specialist): Re-aligning the pelvis to a neutral position to eliminate "desk-body" and "tech-neck" compensations.
Adaptive By Design™: Levels of Participation
- Level 1 (Bed/Couch): Focused on foundational breathing and gentle spinal decompression. Excellent for those in an active "flare-up" or with temporarily limited mobility.
- Level 2 (Seated): Focused on pelvic alignment and upper-body mechanics while utilizing a chair to protect the lower back.
- Level 3 (Standing/Active): For those ready for full-range functional movements and building strength in an upright, dynamic position.
One Community: No matter which level you choose, you are a full participant. We move together, exactly as we are.
amaDEO Circle™
"The final 10 minutes of every session are dedicated to the amaDEO Circle™. This is a safe space to ask questions about daily postural habits, share wins in your recovery, and connect with others. We believe that physical relief is better when shared with a supportive community."
Program Details
- Who it’s for: Anyone struggling with chronic back tension, "desk-body" posture or hip stiffness.
- Format: Virtual Small Group Sessions (Community-focused) or Private 1:1 Sessions (Individualized Corrective Care).
- Location: All group sessions are held in our Virtual Group Studio. Private sessions are available via Virtual 1:1 or In-Home Concierge (Local only).
- Duration: 8-Week Enrollment Block.
- What you'll need: A yoga mat or clear floor space, a water bottle, and a device with a camera (laptop, tablet, or phone) for virtual specialist oversight.
How to Begin the P.P.L. Block To ensure we address the root cause of your postural tension, we follow a simple three-step process:
Step 1: The Assessment (The Blueprint) Complete a 4-session R.A.D. Assessment to map your pelvic tilt, spinal curves, and movement compensations.
Step 2: The Membership (The "Access") Activate your amaDEO Maintenance Membership. This ensures you have ongoing specialist oversight and a consistent spot in our community.
Step 3: The Block (The Training) Enroll in the 8-week P.P.L. Block program.
The amaDEO Adaptive Method
We are committed to inclusive movement. Every session is designed with three levels of participation so you can move in the way that is safest and most effective for your body today.
- Level 1 (Bed/Couch): Focused on foundational breathing and gentle spinal decompression. This level is excellent for those in an active "flare-up" or with temporarily limited mobility.
- Level 2 (Seated): Focused on pelvic alignment and upper-body mechanics while utilizing the stability of a chair to protect the lower back.
- Level 3 (Standing/Active): For those ready for full-range functional movements and building strength in an upright, dynamic position.
One Community: No matter which level you choose, you are a full participant in our family. We move together, exactly as we are.
