amaDEO Scheduling & Cancellation Policy


1:1 Sessions (R.A.D. Assessments & Mobile Stretch)


  • 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any private session.
  • Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
  • No-Shows: If a client is not present (virtually or at the mobile location) within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is considered a "no-show" and is non-refundable.


Adaptive Blocks™ (Group Programs)


  • Commitment: Enrollment in an Adaptive Block™ is a commitment to a specific 8-week intensive cycle.
  • Missed Sessions: Because blocks run on a fixed schedule with limited capacity, missed group sessions cannot be "made up" or refunded. However, you will maintain access to session highlights and community support via the amaDEO Connection™ group.


amaDEO R.A.D. Membership™


  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your client portal.
  • Access: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. An active membership is required to remain enrolled in any Adaptive Blocks™ or to maintain "Active Status" for your R.A.D. Blueprint data.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy


At amaDEO fitness LLC, we value the trust you place in us. While we are not a medical facility, we handle your personal and movement data with the highest level of professional confidentiality.


Information We Collect


  • Personal Details: Name, contact information, and secure billing details.
  • Movement Data: Information gathered during your R.A.D. Foundations Assessment™, including posture photos, movement screens, and progress notes.
  • Communication: Notes from our sessions and correspondence regarding your fitness goals.


How We Use Your Information


  • To design and update your personalized Adaptive Level and movement blueprint.
  • To process payments and manage your membership.
  • To provide updates regarding amaDEO community events and program blocks.


Data Protection & Sharing


  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or movement data with third-party marketers.
  • Professional Collaboration: With your explicit permission, we may share movement observations with your Physical Therapist or Physician to ensure a coordinated approach to your health.
  • Secure Storage: All digital records are stored on secure, encrypted platforms.



Media & Recording Policy:


  • amaDEO fitness LLC utilizes digital recording for the purpose of client assessment and the creation of custom Movement Blueprints™. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge that sessions may be recorded. These recordings are stored securely. Inclusion in the amaDEO Member Library is subject to the express consent provided in the Client Service Agreement. Clients may request the removal of their likeness from the shared library at any time via written email request.



Your Rights


  • You may request a copy of your R.A.D. Blueprint summary at any time or request that your data be deleted from our active files upon the cancellation of your membership.
